This building was built in 1923 on the Travesera de Gracia, which was the axis of communication between Barcelona and the summer village of Gracia. Its location brings us closer to Sagrada Familia, the main jewel of 20th century architecture. The building was renovated in 2015 respecting its heritage and maintaining all the architectural values of its original construction.
