ROOMS
The price varies depending on the length of the contract, stays of less than 10 months will have a higher fee. From 7 to 9 months +10%, from 4 to 6 months +20%, from 1 to 3 months +25%.
All our rooms include an additional charge of 135€/month, for the following reasons
